Charity Water has no idea who I am but thought I’d take this moment to highlight a need as I undergo my own short-lived and minimal hardship without water. Our lame apartment has been without H20 for 24 hours now and it absolutely stinks (literally) to not be able to cook, clean, pee, poo, shower, wash, and/or wipe. I settled for a quick baby-wipe cleansing instead of my usual shower last night. Unlike the parts of the world that suffer without any water, at least I have my 5-gallon jug of water to drink.
So… as we remember and consider our part to play in this worldwide need, I thought I’d give away one of my songs completely for FREE, right now, right here for a limited time.

the unleashing beauty global leadership conference
On OCTOBER 10, 2009 I will be taking part in a 1-day leadership event hosted on the Newsong Irvine campus that will probably change the world. That’s right! I just said something really bold and let me go even further by taking out the “probably” and state that this conference WILL change the world. Now that I have your attention, let me list out for you the reasons why YOU should be here too:
- It’s completely, 100% FREE. (Let’s get the money excuse out of the way!)
- It’s worth the drive, commute, flight (9 AM to 9 PM – that’s 1 packed day!)
- A couple amazing leaders will be throwing down some wisdom (Dave Gibbons, Erwin McManus)
